DARE took part in the 1st MatchMaking Day of the Spanish Semiconductor Ecosystem, held on 30 June 2026 at EOI Business School in Madrid. Organised by Asociación Española de la Industria de Semiconductores (AESEMI) and MicroNanoSpain, the event brought together companies, startups, research organisations and public institutions from across Spain’s microelectronics and semiconductor ecosystem.

Representing DARE, Associate Technical Coordinator Negin Mahani from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC), shared how the project is contributing to Europe’s ambitions in high-performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced semiconductor technologies.
The event provided an opportunity to exchange ideas, connect with stakeholders across the semiconductor value chain and explore opportunities for future collaboration. By bringing together actors from industry and research, initiatives such as the MatchMaking Day help strengthen Europe’s semiconductor and digital technology ecosystem.
